NEW MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF COWIFONDEN - MAY 2018

COWIfonden welcomes Suzanne C. Beckmann as new member of its board with effect from May 2018. COWIfonden is the majority shareholder in the COWI Group.

We have appointed Suzanne C. Beckmann as new external board member. Suzanne enters the board after Lene Lange resigned from the board in connection with the board meeting on 30 May 2018.

Suzanne was born in Germany and holds a master's degree from the University in Bonn in Nutritional Science. Later Suzanne achieved a PhD in psychology at the university in Stuttgart in 1992. Since 1990, Suzanne has been employed at the School of Business and Social Sciences in Aarhus and later at the University of Southern Denmark, and since 1996 professor at CBS, initially with a professorship in "Consumer research", then in "International Strategic Management" and latest in "Consumer research, marketing and communication". Suzanne has through the years been a member of numerous Danish and international boards of directors, committees and steering groups. Suzanne has since 2016 been independent as director and partner in the company ECOconnection.
